Introduction
BoyMoment.com is committed to protecting your privacy. You can visit most rooms on our site without giving us any of your information about yourself. But, in order for you to participate in our community we do need some information from you. This allows us to provide services that you request.
This privacy statement explains the data that we collect and use. Your personal information applies to all BoyMoment.com services (collectively "BoyMoment.com"). This privacy statement does not apply to third-party services that you may use through the services provided by BoyMoment.com, such as ISP connections and e-mail services. For information about their privacy policies you should contact them. BoyMoment.com cannot be held liable for any privacy infringement by third parties.

Collection of your Personal Information
We will never request you to provide information that personally identifies you, such as your real (full) name and address. In fact we discourage you from revealing such information about yourself. We do need some information that allows us to keep in with contact you. For this purpose you must provide a valid and personal e-mail address.
BoyMoment.com also collects information about your IP address, access times and referring Web site addresses. This information is used for the operation of BoyMoment.com, to maintain quality of the services we offer.
BoyMoment.com also collects information about which pages are visited within BoyMoment.com. This site visitation data is identified by your IP address and is only used for general statistics, problem solving, internal tracking and security purposes.
We only use your personal information for the following:
*To allow you access to limited-entry areas of BoyMoment.com site as appropriate.
*To allow you to post in restricted areas of BoyMoment.com site as appropriate.
*To alert you to important announcements and membership issues.
*To protect your safety.
Control of your Personal Information
Access to your Personal Information:
The information you provide or is collected while using our services, that is stored in your member profile, is presented in three different ways:
1. As a Personal Profile
2. As a Public Profile
3. As an Administrative Profile
Personal Profile
We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. If you are logged in at BoyMoment.com, you can review and edit your personal information at "My Profile" (http://www.boymoment.com/IPB/index.php?act=UserCP&CODE=00), unless this has specifically been locked by the Administration. If your profile has been locked, you will be notified by e-mail, and you can request modification of your data at anytime by contacting the Administration (admin@boymoment.com). If you’re not logged in, you will be asked to enter your username and password before viewing/updating your personal information.
Public Profile
In "My Profile" The information displayed in your public profile is taken from your personal profile and can only be updated via "My Profile" or the Control Panel, a protected area which is only accessible to administrators & Management (see Administrative Profile).

*Personal Statement
* Only if provided by you; if you wish not to have any of those optional data displayed in your public profile you should leave/make the areas of data fields empty.
Your e-mail address is only displayed if you enable this in your personal profile; otherwise it’s hidden from public view.
Additionally, the places on the board where you were last seen, are also shown.
Information that is collected while using our services is not only stored in your member profile; also discussion thread files and web server log files (may) contain information such as your IP address. Only administrators can obtain your IP address from the posting data. Only the site owner can view the web server log files.
Administrative Profile
The administrative profiles are only accessible to board administrators and only meant for administrative/management purposes and can, if required, be updated by the board administrators. Administrative profiles are only accessible via the boards Control Panel, a protected area which is only accessible to administrators and directors.
A member’s administrative profile contains all information available in the personal profile plus the following information:
*Last Post IP
*Registration IP
Use of Cookies
A cookie is a very small text file placed on your hard drive by a web server. It is essentially your identification card. It is uniquely yours, like a finger print and can only be read by the server that gave it to you.
If you are a registered member and logged on to the BoyMoment, a cookie is placed on your browser. Until you log out, explicitly clear your browser cookies, or the cookie lifetime has expired, the cookie will reside on your computer. The cookie placed by the message board can only be accessed by BoyMoment.com services. The use of cookies is solely for authentication purposes and is required by the message board software (IPB).
If you choose to not have your browser accept cookies from the BoyMoment.com message board, you will be able to read most of the community rooms and informational pages, however you will not be able to log on to the message board and post messages.
