The services that BoyMoment.com provides to you are subject to the these Terms of Use ("TOU"). BoyMoment.com reserves the right to update the "TOU" at any time without notice to you. Description of Services

Through our network of web properties, BoyMoment.com provides you with the access to a variety of resources, including forums and informational web pages ("Services"). The Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of any new web properties, are subject to the "TOU".

Disclaimer

BoyMoment exists as a safe - legal support site for men who love boys, and has source of information and opinion on the subject of BoyLove. This site does not condone or encourage illegal behavior of any kind.

BoyMoment provides a large number of communication with messages, comment, and opinions that are posted by its members. The boards Management do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any messages. The messages express the views of the author of the message, and not necessarily the views of BoyMoment.com, its Management.

All posts are monitored after posting to ensure that they comply with common standards of decency. Because of the real-time nature of messages, it's impossible to review every message and confirm the acceptability of all information posted immediately after it has been posted, and the board Management cannot be held responsible for the nature of messages prior to their being monitored. Furthermore, the boards Management cannot be held liable for any damage whatsoever which may result, directly or indirectly, from using our Services.

Reporting of Objectionable Materials

Any member who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email (admin@boymoment.com) or by using the "Report this post to a Moderator" function at the bottom of the message. We can remove or edit objectionable posts/messages and we will make every effort to do so within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that action is necessary.

Member Agreement

You agree, through your signing of this bulletin board not to post any material which is in text or pictures that is false, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, or invasive of a person's privacy. This includes all nude pictures that they may be considered sexual. We do not allow links to sites that offer content not acceptable to our own rules, including any URLs embedded in pictures that are posted on our board. You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyrighted material is owned by you, or you have received permission from the owner to post the copyrighted material on this board. If you notice any copyright infringement, please email us @ (admin@boymoment.com) or alert a moderator, and the image(s)/text will be removed.

1. No promotion of illegal behavior:

You may not use this board to help you make real contact with it's members for sexual purposes. You may not use the board to provide any instructions, tips, that will/may lead to activities illegal in either the board's territory or yours, you may not promote such activities. This includes encouraging, luring of minors for sex, as well as any other illegal behavior.

2, No illegal or accusing information:

You may not provide any information that could incriminate you or anyone else in illegal behavior or that accuses others in doing illegal activities.

3, No posting of unacceptable materials:

You may not post links at anytime where the site(s) contain any materials not acceptable under our rules, nor may our board promote any such site or materials, you may not make requests for such links or materials to be posted or sent to you.

4, No illegal or nude images:

You may not post images that depict erotic activities or clearly show erotic content in their nature. This includes all images of sexual activity, and sexually provocative poses, especially when depicting minors. Images of bondage, sadomasochism, and bestiality are also not allowed to be posted. You may not post any images that are erotic in their intent or content. This includes any nude images, and images that may be deemed sexually arousing.

5, No text or posting describing sexual behavior:

We expect you to maintain common sense when you discuss sexual activities and any related matters. You may not post descriptions of sexual behaviors that are overly erotic or pornographic.

6, No 'flaming' or threats allowed:

You may not deliberately insult others, nor threaten them. We expect members to use appropriate language and tone.

7, No posting copyrighted material:

You may not post any copyrighted material that you do not have rights to post. With all material subject to copyright, you must state that you have the owners permission to use their material.
